Return Policy

30-day return window

You may return any item within 30 days from the date it was delivered to you. To be eligible, please contact us within that 30-day window — the return itself can be completed after we confirm your request.

We pay return shipping

Return shipping is paid by Recycling Currency Center. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. You will never be charged for sending an eligible item back to us.

Defective and non-defective returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will make it right. If you simply changed your mind, that's fine too — as long as you're within the 30-day window.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted. If you'd like a different size, color, or item instead of a refund, just let us know when you contact us and we'll arrange the exchange. Return shipping for exchanges is also covered by us.

Item condition

Returned items should be in original condition: unused, unwashed (for clothing), with all original tags, packaging, accessories, and documentation included. Items returned in original condition qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

1. Email info@currencycurrentdatagmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm your return and send you a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the item in its original condition and drop it off with the carrier.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or process your exchange.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow the standard processing time of your payment provider for the refund to appear.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, items that have been used in a way that prevents resale may not be eligible for a full refund. If you're unsure, contact us first — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
